We had a great day yesterday as we kicked off the Owned Heifer Show! This week has flown by, and we're so glad you've been here with us in Tulsa. Good luck to all juniors today as we wrap up the show!
Far too often juniors see their 21st birthday as the end of their Angus career; however, I would argue this is only the beginning! The National Junior Angus Association lays a strong foundation for future success within the industry. Do not miss the opportunity to continue to
grow, learn, and make a difference within the Business Breed.
Become a member of the American Angus Association, American Angus Auxiliary, and your state association. It is the easiest way to stay up to date and engaged as an adult. It also comes with many member benefits.
Run for office in your home state or on the national level. As a board member or committee chair, you will be serving Angus breeders across the state and advancing the breed across the country.
Attend Angus Convention and network with Angus breeders and industry leaders. Attendees get to
hear from incredible keynote speakers, learn about cutting edge research, and enjoy delicious Certified Angus Beef!
Become a state adviser to give back to your state association. My state advisers were some of
the most influential people in my life. Take the time to help guide your local juniors to achieve success within the NJAA.
Donate to the Angus Foundation to support the next generations. Donations big and small allow juniors to attend conferences and receive scholarships. A donation to the Angus Foundation is an investment in the next generation of Angus leaders!

Thank You Angus Family
Angus Family, on behalf of the NJAA Board of Directors we would like to thank you for an outstanding week in Tulsa, Oklahoma! In these times of uncertainty, it has been a reassuring week, seeing all of our friends from across the country come together united by the one thing we all love, Angus cattle. This has been a year full of obstacles with several shows and conferences getting cancelled or rescheduled. We are extremely excited to still be able to put on
the greatest week of the year for the Angus breed. The resiliency that all of the breeders, parents, and you juniors have to power through the restrictions and regulations and come here to exhibit your livestock is a testament to this industry. We hope that this has been an enjoyable week filled with memories that will last a lifetime.
While this Junior Nationals might be a little different than we are used to, we hope you have taken advantage of all the opportunities offered this week and have thoroughly enjoyed them.
This has been a challenging time for us all, but this week should be a reminder that is all gonna be OK! Again, thanks for making this the best week of the year for the Junior Board and the Association Staff, it has been our honor to be able to be a small part of this wonderful week. It may not be quite the same, but just remember it truly was All OK in Oklahoma!
